Safe Work Method Statements and Job Safety Analyses for high-risk work activities. Required under the WHS Regulation 2011 (Qld).
When is a SWMS required?
A SWMS is required for all high-risk construction work as defined in the WHS Regulation 2011 (Qld) Schedule 1, and for any non-routine task where hazards cannot be adequately controlled by existing procedures. Workers must read and sign the SWMS before commencing the task.
