Safety boots: AS/NZS 2210
Safety helmets: AS/NZS 1801
Safety glasses/goggles: AS/NZS 1337
Hearing protection: AS/NZS 1270
Hi-vis clothing: AS/NZS 4602
Gloves: AS/NZS 2161 (as applicable)
Respiratory protection: AS/NZS 1715/1716 (as applicable)
[YOUR BUSINESS NAME] will provide all mandatory PPE at no cost to workers.
Workers must report damaged or worn PPE immediately for replacement.
PPE is recorded in the PPE Issue Register (REG-008).
Wear PPE as required for your work area and task.
Inspect PPE before each use and report defects.
Store PPE correctly when not in use.
Do not modify or misuse PPE.

Important Note
PPE is the last line of defence in the hierarchy of controls. It must always be used in conjunction with other control measures — never as the only control.
Mandatory PPE by Zone

PPE Standards
All PPE must comply with relevant Australian Standards:
