To promote mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and to reduce the stigma associated with mental health conditions.

  • Creating a workplace that supports mental health and wellbeing.
  • Reducing the stigma associated with mental health conditions.
  • Providing access to support services for workers experiencing mental health difficulties.
  • Managing work-related factors that can contribute to poor mental health (e.g., excessive workload, bullying, lack of support).
  • Work-Related Psychological Hazards

    The following workplace factors can contribute to poor mental health and will be actively managed:

  • Excessive workload or unrealistic deadlines
